Dr. Maldonado’s previous experience in education, college counseling, and university admissions, as well as her 19-year history with the NSLC has given her a wealth of knowledge about pre-college summer programs in the United States. After receiving her doctorate degree in anthropology from Brown University in 2014, she joined NSLC full time as the founder and director of international admissions. During her time at the NSLC, Andrea has worked with hundreds of schools across the globe to promote our life-changing leadership conferences to outstanding middle and high school students and their families. She is driven to make a positive difference in the lives of young people, helping them to discover and share who they are with others!
Andrea works with students from all over the world EXCEPT those from: Colombia, Dominican Republic, Germany, Guam, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, The Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, UAE, and UK.
